Title: Fantastic family-friendly retreat

My wife says that having a playground or play area for the kids would have been a great addition to this family-friendly retreat.

it includes central heating, multi-channel tv and a refrigerator. the venue has peaceful and incredible setting to the wonderful castle.

Quiet atmosphere, incredible location not far from the centre of town & Plaza Mayor where u can buy food to cook with & walk through the old town. Friendly management and staff. Location down to the hill.

The location of the hotel is superb, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. It offers stunning views of the aqueduct and is situated right by the river below Segovia. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff ensure impeccable service, making you feel at home. Additionally, there is a lovely trail alongside the river for evening strolls.

The restaurant nearby received negative feedback due to rude staff and snobbish behavior.

The apartment has a nice and beautiful style and is conveniently close to Alcazar, Plaza Mayor, and the castle. The location is particularly good and it's around a 10-15 minutes walk from a grand Renaissance mansion. I am thankful to all the friendly staff members for their hospitality.

On the whole, it’s wonderful base for having fun and exploring Segovia. Staff is excellent and lovely. The location of the accommodation is incredible near the river, the centre of Segovia and the historic center.

Situated in a cute and quiet area, clean and well decorated apartment, friendly contact person, close to the Alcazar, excellent location, marvellous view.

I loved how I could cook my own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, it made me feel right at home! The living-dining area with the TV was perfect for lounging and relaxing after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with a bidet and shower in every unit was a nice touch, providing that extra comfort and convenience.

Personally, I found the additional toilet in one of the apartments unnecessary, but I can see how it might come in handy for larger groups.

The location was great, close to the historic district, Plaza Mayor, and the castle. It was convenient to buy food to cook at the Plaza Mayor, and there was a grocery store nearby for breakfast items.

Wonderful view of old town, walking distance to attractions. Immaculate and spacious apartment with old-world charm. Quiet location by the river. Equipped with amenities, just missing a dishwasher. Free parking. Will recommend to family and friends.

Located in a picturesque area beside a river, with stunning views of a historical landmark at night. The apartments are clean and well-decorated, and the contact person is friendly and helpful. The kitchen facilities allowed for a relaxed breakfast, and the close proximity to the city center made exploring easy.

Some apartments have steep stairs, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues. The parking lot is often occupied by unauthorized cars, which could be resolved with clear signage.

Our stay at the apartment was great value for money. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with stunning views of the Alcázar and hot air balloons flying over the castle from the lounge window. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of items.
